Pretty good, but def room for improvement

Central AC
Cons:
Not responsive over email
Flooding in basement still an ongoing issue (it’s flooded with 2 inches of water right now Aug 2021)
Definitely increases rent
Washer dryers do break
Doesn’t take care of roof
Doesn’t take care of apt hallway walls (chips, plaster)
Advice to owner:
Email responsiveness + take care of the building, and listen to your tenants!
