Clean and friendly door staff
Absolutely NO insulation, prepare for drafty winters. Even with a $300 heat bill, be prepared to feel a draft and be very cold. The owner of my unit did nothing to mitigate this and all of the other owners I spoke with in the building complained about the same thing.
