Highest priced apt in the neighborhood, but not worth

Pros:
Garbage management is great
Cons:
-There’s basically not much sunlight through out the day in the living room/kitchen area.
-only one thermostat for all three floors
-garden is super noisy in summer because two giant AC condensers in the garden constantly make loud noise.
-no soundproof between walls and floors, just thin fake walls.. You hear neighbors go up and down stairs like someone is gonna stomp your home.
- Within a year, the basement flooded twice, the sewage backed up four times. The HAVC was soaked in sewage water so now every time when we turn on the fan/central AC, the whole apt smells funky.
-landlord lack of respect for tenants’ privacy. for several times, landlord would give last minute notice to do inspections in the apt. And they let super into apt without notice.
-internet speed is really bad. Tried Optimum/T-Mobile 5G home internet/ Verizon set at various positions in the apt. The fastest speed is 10mbps upload, 3 mbps download.
