Nice amenities, but leaks and terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing rooftop and very nice modern apartments
Cons:
The entire building leaks when it rains and the first floor / basement floods. Totally unacceptable for a brand new building. The landlord will also try to take out any water damage from your security deposit even if you report it to the super when it happens.

The water pressure / temperature is inconsistent at best. Because it’s on 4th street, it can be really loud at night.

The super is great but otherwise, management never responds to requests and will try to keep your entire security deposit without jurisdiction.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants, fix your building, and generally stop being terrible.

Cons:
No parking lot or garage

Nice building but Landlords are fraudsters
Former Tenant
Pros:
New, nice amenities, amazing rooftop, close to subway, great super
Cons:
Very busy street. Lots of water issues throughout the building. Basement flooding during bad storms. Extremely unresponsive and retaliatory landlord (threatened to sue us for building-wide water damage when we requested the return of our security deposit). Inconsistent water pressure.
