HORRIBLE OWNERS AND AN EVEN WORSE BUILDING!!!

Pros:
-Rooftop access with cool view. -Modern finishes (However very unfinished)
Cons:
***We have pics and text to back up all claims.
-We live on the first floor duplex which flooded every time it rained. BAD MOLD BECAUSE OF IT!!!
-The lights would go out in the entire building and it was completely dark. One tenant fell down the stairs.
-The building alarm would go off randomly for hours.
-Promised a parking garage when we moved in...No Garage. They now allow a business to rent the space which is against the law. I GUESS SOMEONE REPORTED IT AS THE CITY MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO INSPECT THIS SPACE.
-When we moved in we were promised a laundry room...took 8 months and the one they installed didn't work!!!
BEWARE!!!
Advice to owner:
You guys lied, made way too may excuses, and were very unprofessional!
