Great apartments and stuff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is nice and clean. Loved my huge balcony. The doormen are very nice and sweet.
Cons:
Parking is overpriced.
Advice to owner:
The Parking should be cheaper and the GYM and lounge should close at 11pm not 10pm. Especially in the summer.

Solid residential community
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of opportunities to engage with the community in the building, they offer a lot of amenities, leasing office is easy to deal with and very communicative, the building itself feels safe and secure.
Cons:
Neighbors can kind of be loud, some of the main floor hallways are dirty regularly, very large complex - can be hard to get around.

Beautiful building with lots of amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was very bright, spacious, and well laid out. Super and management were responsive and friendly. I lived here in 2020 and had a rent concession which made it affordable for me and my roommate. Amenities included with rent: fitness center (with windows into the courtyard), business center (again with windows into the courtyard and wi-fi), tenant lounge (never got to use because of Covid), courtyard, and a furnished roof deck (Manhattan view partially obstructed by AC units, but still lovely). Short bike ride to Coney Island or Prospect Park. Safe location.
Cons:
I probably couldn't afford to live there without a rent concession. The location in Midwood is quiet, which could be a con to people looking for any kind of nightlife beyond restaurants. Almost everything in the neighborhood is closed on Friday night and Saturday daytime for the sabbath.

Ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice looking building. Nice amenities. Subway access very close.
Cons:
Small gym, not too many equipments. Nice roof deck but small bbq grills, courtyard has huge rats that come out to play. Amenities cost money to reserve, was free at one point. Parking is expensive. Rent renewal increase is way too high.
Advice to owner:
Stabilize the rent and maybe tenants will renew the lease.

Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is kind and responsive. Doorman is great guy. Packages have never been stolen. Apartments are clean and free of pests. Quiet neighbors. Balcony has a nice view
Cons:
Elevator can sometimes be slow due to only one elevator working fully on the weekends. The other elevator must stop at every floor for religious reasons people can’t touch the elevator buttons. Not a big deal tho.
