Nice neighborhood and building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve never heard my neighbors and they do a great job cleaning the building
Cons:
They didn’t negotiate during covid because I signed before everything shut down. They also are making us split the HVAC system and with no notice.
Advice to owner:
Be willing to work with your tenants
