Quiet peaceful living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is clean, smells nice, well-maintained. Generally quiet, good front-door staff, responsive. Right in front of a lot of train stations (2,3,4,B,Q,N,A,C,G) so you can basically go anywhere
Cons:
Building is good, surrounding area is meh. Downtown brooklyn brings some unsavory characters right around the corner, but you can walk to fort greene or boreum hill or park slope quite easily.

Solid building with awesome doormen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, nice doormen, good amenities, fairly new so no major issues
Cons:
Unfortunately some tenants probably abused the amenities and now some of the amenities can’t be used unless you reserve it and pay a hefty fee + deposit

Great luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, friendly staff, good appliances, nice rooftop
Cons:
Sometimes the elevators were down/getting maintenance, requesting the roof cost a lot of money

Nice Luxury Building with a Few Things to Sort Out
Former Tenant
Pros:
Solid brand new units - everything has worked well. The appliances and HVAC have never failed me. The garbage is easy and the hallways are clean. The front desk is responsive and the gym is nice and quiet. The rooftop is also gorgeous.
Cons:
Move in was an absolute pain. The building management and property management have poor communication. When I moved in, the unit wasn’t clean. Getting things fixed requires two different portals.
9 times out of 10 one of the elevators isn’t working. I wouldn’t say this is a friendly building.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with the property management companies better. Stop pointing fingers.

Great doormen, not great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful, clean, modern, new
Cons:
All of the amenities are closed and the management won’t budge on charging us the full amount
Advice to owner:
Be a little empathetic and stop charging for amenities that are likely permanently closed
