good building, nightmare management
Former Tenant
Pros:
the building is clean and the apartments are comfortable. a good location as well.
Cons:
the management is HORRIBLE. Invasive, rude, and unhelpful. They hound residents constantly and genuinely make what would otherwise be a great place to live nearly uninhabitable.
Advice to owner:
Be nice to your residents, offer help and approach with kindness instead of invasive rudeness

Good building overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
New and nice building, spacious apartments with large storage spaces. Neighbors are great.
Cons:
Close to fulton street, can hear underground train rumble (very faint, stop hearing it after a week). Garbage management is poor, some neighbor just got a dog and that puppy keeps on peeing in the elevator, and nobody takes care of it.
Advice to owner:
Stop hounding your renters like little children. Disgusting behaviour

Noise contained, new/clean building, but landlords like to hound
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, brand new, noise contained
Cons:
landlords like to hound, stove takes forever to heat unless at max, and hot water runs out fast
