Overall great experience!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great well kept building. Extremely responsive and friendly super and doorman - could not ask for a better team managing this building. Have never had an issue with any appliances in the apartment or shared spaces like lobby, elevators, garbage chutes, etc. Hallways and building are vacuumed once a week so overall very clean. Management is responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Dog friendly building which can contribute to noise Not in the most desirable location (very close to BQE, not very scenic) Gym leaves something to be desired in terms of space and equipment but it’s decent enough

Our Previous Home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was ALWAYS spotless. The staff were always so kind and really seemed to care about their jobs.
Cons:
The super was really strict about any kind of noise. For some people this is great, but it would have been nice to be able to play some music on a Friday night. Also, when it was time to renew our lease they raised it by 40% and refused to negotiate at all. Definitely do not care about having good tenants or building a community.
Advice to owner:
Value tenants over profits!!

Great location and staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great staff - clean - fairly new building - large units
Cons:
- gotten much pricier - highway noise levels make it harder to keep your window open - finishing fixtures in apartment aren’t great

Nice and clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice and clean doorman building, close to subway and fun parts of Williamsburg
Cons:
There was a construction in front of the building which was loud from time to time.

Not too bad, not too good.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quite nice, rent stabilized, young neighbors, good neighborhood.
Cons:
There’s a big road right next to the building which is really noisy. I wouldn’t recommend to live on that side of the building. They also didn’t open the gym & common area yet saying they didn’t get a permission to open it. But every other building opened theirs to some extent.. so it’s really weird.
Advice to owner:
Get the permission to open the gym.

Great building and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building. Has everything you need
Cons:
Next to construction and highway
Advice to owner:
Negotiate with tenants that want to stay. I would have stayed. You ended up losing more money on my unit and the gross is significantly lower.
