Newer building not so well taken care of
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice folks sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Access to trains stations are wonderful. Few decent folks in the building, who mostly mind their business. Packages are mostly safe in the building but thrown or left piled in the lobby.
Cons:
My apartment leaked. The tiles are broken, reported it and nothing fixed. Tenants are filthy, trash all over the place. Walls are paper thin, you hear everything!!! Inconsiderate neighbors! Trashy block with piles of trash on the corner not to mention the crack house down the block. Laundry in the basement doesn’t work (down to one machine each w/d) the laundromat around the corner is filthy with mostly broken machines. Utilities are crazy expensive as we pay all utilities.
Advice to owner:
But enforce cleanliness in the building, the neighborhood is already trashy. Fix things, the building is falling apart. Have someone in building more often to clean.
