Clean and spacious.

Pros:
Trash, Cleaning everyday Gated Community No packages got stolen yet Big living room layout Classic yet modern Management is actually good.
Cons:
The block is noisy due to other neighbors. Street neighbors always yelling, partying and smoking in front of the building. We are moving out due to constant rent raise.

Building and apartments are very nice.
Cons:
Too many people on the block party in front of the building during the summer and make too much noise and trash the street.

Impossible to contact building manager or landlord

Cons:
It's absolutely impossible to contact the building manager or landlord. We receive automated messages claiming we are behind on rent despite making payments early. We request a ledger or clarification and hear nothing... Their lease renewal online document signing portal also doesn't let you view the new lease document until after you sign. That itself feels illegal, or at least immensely unethical...
