Good times, bad times!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large units, W/D in unit, kitchen island. Super(s) maintain the building weekly. The space is great. Rooftop access is nice too.
Cons:
Hard to get things to happen when you need them. Security cameras do not work. They will drag you along for weeks to give you footage to end up giving you basically nothing. Rooftop not maintained—a broken A/C was up there for 1 year+. Management won’t replace any of the broken rooftop furniture. Mice are pretty bad in the fall season. Front door doesn’t lock very well—especially in the cold and hot seasons. Many packages were stolen. An apartment was broken into.
Advice to owner:
Cameras inside the foyer makes the most sense so you can’t use “weather damage” as an excuse for broken cameras.
