New building but some old problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything new and clean, neighbors in the building are GREAT, stuff is clean and looks nice
Cons:
- gym is not usually clean/well maintained - managenebt barely replies - boiler smells bad - overpriced given region - no ventilation for cooking - building has a good amount of partying - package gets stolen frequently - street is noisy - heating isn’t great, only air con
