Akam is trash

Newer Closer to subway Grocery downstairs In-unit washer dryer Package room

Cons

Horrible management (See Akam, run.) They don’t actually enforce their lease rules Disrespectful neighbors who leave dog pee and poo everywhere Neighbors smoke weed in poorly ventilated apartment building resulting in your apartment reeking of weed. Opening windows, running purifier, running AC (driving up bills), and contacting management does nothing

I'm being harassed by my neighbor on top of me every thing

The person up over me he's a Karen a floor banger I am African American and he's not unless I give them a recording im lying im 64 disabled but lying wow I want to move like yesterday they are not accepting the recording that I make over my phone the guy in the office said make a recording the he didn't accept it in the mean time ha bangs ans taps my window sill like every day every single day
