AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
-- Great finishes -- Great location
Cons:
- Walls are paper thin throughout the building - Events company in attached building hosts rap shows so loud that the building shakes, your bedframe will vibrate until 4:30 AM - management also leases to them and refuses to address - Smoke enters some units from the events space, so that's awesome - Front facing units will also have very loud music from the church next door all day on Sundays - this is no joke loud - Electrical bills have been suss as construction on attached building seems to affect bills - All electric, your bill will be insane - safety concerns with front door breaking constantly with long periods of disrepair - AVOID AVOID AVOID
