non stop package theft
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super clean building Heating/AC works well Keypad locks so no keys needed
Cons:
Package theft is crazy. Building will respond to your request once at the beginning, ask for info (picture of package, time/date) and then literally never respond again. it is insane. why even ask for the info in the first place if nothing is getting done. Walls are pretty thin so you hear a ton from apartment next to yours, and can hear loud noises from others on the same floor as you.
Advice to owner:
quit playing and do something about the package theft

Not Luxury at All
Former Tenant
Pros:
the rooms are pretty spacious, and there are no pet fees as far as I know. maintenance is very quick to respond and I appreciate them immensely. there's a gym and balcony in the building that are quite nice. laundry and dryer are pretty sizeable.
Cons:
water pressure is super weak, walls are SUPER THIN. i can hear my DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS fighting and blasting music and even coughing... there are no locks on the door aside from the main number keypad. no deadlocks, no additional chains or anything that you can use from the inside to keep people out if they know your door pin #, which feels extremely unsafe. additionally, the units can get HUMID. we had to keep the ac and dehumidifier on all summer, otherwise cockroaches would appear. there are a lot of insects in general, from spiders to mold bugs to cockroaches. the building itself seems to be built quite poorly with lots of cut corners. I think it isn't the worst place to stay, but just don't be fooled by the luxury label.
Advice to owner:
i guess clean and spray more often? i think maintenance is doing the best it can, it's just that the building isn't very well built.

Don’t Judge This Book by it’s Cover
Former Tenant
Pros:
Parking, gym area, elevators
Cons:
This building was built extremely fast and as cheaply as possible. They really cut corners with: the doors (no insulation, loud slamming, gaps all around.. even the front doors), sound absorption(extremely thin walls and floors). If your neighbors are loud you will hear them in your unit, guaranteed. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. When I first got here there was urine all over the floor in my unit as well as leftover dust from construction.
Advice to owner:
Take some time to finish the small, yet important details, in the apartment. The modern-luxury aesthetic is not enough to keep someone here long-term.
