Nice small building with a lot of street noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean and the balconies are large
Cons:
Not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers and the elevator often fails
Advice to owner:
Make the elevator to the medical office accessible to tenants

Clean building & great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great location with lots of stores - train station is less than 1min away - pet friendly - no problem with packages & mail - super is very attentive and responsive - building is kept clean - laundry room well maintained
Cons:
- noisy area (lots of foot & car traffic) - depending on the unit, no natural lighting - outdoor space doesn't have much purpose - gym could be better (no weights) - never spoke with landlord, no way to communicate besides with super of building - no receipts for rent payments - laundry machines can get pricey - advertised as verizon fios but building is wired for optimum
Advice to owner:
better line of communication with tenants, provide rent payment receipts, more gym equipment, furniture for outdoor space.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF RACIST OWNER
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros at all I promise apartments are cheaply built and the super admired to the landlord tryin to squeeze and use cheap materials inside of the building .
Cons:
They have never provided any amenities you pay for. The super sexually harassed people and the landlord spies on the neighbors with cameras for personal use. He does not fix repairs and he has openly said racial slurs to the tenants.
