Could not be built cheaper. Never cold, though.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great balconies, south-facing apartments. The super, Manuel, is very responsive and the halls are always clean.
Cons:
The management company is a joke; the building was built as cheaply as possible in 2015 and it shows -- caulking falling apart, sliding doors leaking (an issue management does not seem to care about). Rental office staff are inept and have negative customer service skills. There was a fire in one of the apartments in Feb 2021, which is not listed anywhere. Our bikes were moved indoors and then outdoors again and in "fixing" the damage from the fire, got caulk/insulation/ceiling crud (technical term) alllllllllll over our bikes.
Advice to owner:
Be less cheap in everything you do. Go to customer service school. Keep Manuel forever.
