Beautiful Home In Flatbush
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new appliances and updated unit. The area is very nice and the neighborhood is pleasant. Right near Aldi, target and brooklyn college as well. Beautiful and great for the price!
Cons:
The landlord never answers. I can get ahold of the realestate agent just fine, but I’ve been trying to get my fridge fixed for a month and barely any response from ownership
Advice to owner:
Just a quicker response time

Not Without Earplugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are modern and at a great price! The building has a gym with good equipment.
Cons:
The street is awful. Huge speakers outside on the street every other week that blast music until 1am. Weekdays, weekends, it makes no difference. The men on the street also enjoy sitting on their stoops and catcalling women.
Advice to owner:
Please get in touch with the police about the unbearable music that gets blasted on the street.
