Nice building, landlord is a jerk

Pros:
Building is clean and the super is great and very helpful.
Cons:
The property manager for this building is a jerk. Lived here for many years and found him to be sexist. When we moved out he screwed us out of our security deposit by gaslighting and avoiding phone calls and texts for months after we moved out. He was really mean to the super who was a nice guy and was responsive and good at his job. Consistently raised rent without making any improvements to the apt for the 6 years we lived there.
