Noisy Neighbors & Horrible Property Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was the only good part.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors screaming, fighting, throwing parties, and smoking weed all the time. The walls are paper thin, could hear my neighbor's television and telephone conversations. Complained to management, they always had excuses. My apartment was 80 degrees in the winter, I couldn't control the heat. If I shut off the radiator, it would leak through to the downstairs tenants. The property management company and their secretary Tina are the worst. Always passing the buck and blaming someone else. It was hell living there.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants, take care of noise, smoke issues that are against the lease terms.
