Quiet, Comfortable, Excellent Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love living here. My husband and I signed a one year lease but we will be extending for as long as we can. The owner and super live extremely close and they have been so helpful, pleasant, and quick to respond with any and all issues. I have never had any packages taken, the building is quiet and small, my apartment has excellent amenities, and my in-building neighbors are so friendly and kind.
Cons:
I have noticed at times there seems to be issues with pests in the basement. Management is always on top of it and it's just a problem that all older buildings have. That's literally the only issue I can report.
Advice to owner:
Keep being amazing! You are a good man and a great landlord.
