Cheap room
Former Tenant
Pros:
The room was cheap and close to public transportation. The room was also connected to the staircase and while I had access to the rest of the apartment, I had my own entry way.
Cons:
Due to the busy area it was very loud and there weren’t many good grocery stores in the area. It didn’t feel much like a home and interactions with the other tenants were awkward. There is also a very strict cleaning schedule that rotates and seems very confusing.
Advice to owner:
The owner should be more aware of what he is able to offer and be clear about that.
