Worst building to rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
I don’t see any
Cons:
- Construction noise at high levels during the whole days and even on weekends. This can drive you crazy and moreover if you are working from home.
- The laundry room is full of cockroaches, disgusting.
- The landlord seemed to be nice at first but once we finished the rental (not sooner than stablished) he did not give us back the deposit, for any reason.
Advice to owner:
You should not allow this high level noises out of time, and above all, you should not cheat and steal money that doesn’t belong to you.
