Pros:
Good location in a nice neighborhood. Also a well maintained and safe building
Cons:
The tenants… The majority of the tenants ( including those on the board) are unfriendly, rude and conniving. A certain couple on the 4th floor have repeatedly made sly remarks and gestures as i have walked by. Another small man on the 2nd floor does the same as he lingers around the lobby all day acting like he owns the building… It is borderline intimidation and must not continue
Advice to owner:
As long as certain bully individuals live in this building, i will not recommend this building to anyone that asks.
