Good neighborhood with lots of restaurants, portela is very friendly
Former Tenant
Pros:
they were very linient and understanding once Covid-19 hit, my apartment was very clean and I kept it that way, some neighbors were also friendly.
Cons:
it needs to be better managed, the super was bad and not clean he had a mess for a garbage room with rats roaming all around he would take months to fix minor issues with the apartment and I had to pay him for the fixes as well.
Advice to owner:
Please get better staff the apartments have lots of potential.
