Close to the train
Former Tenant
Pros:
Steps away from the 7 train. Never cold during the winter. Safe and sure neighborhood. Great water pressure.
Cons:
Terrible super (older white man). Pest issues. I regularly had to do some serious pest control for cockroaches and saw a mouse once. Poorly maintained apartments, there were mushrooms growing in the bathroom when we first moved in. Apartment wasn’t painted or cleaned before we moved in.

Everything is Adequate
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, on site laundry
Cons:
Common areas are not well kept; it’s difficult to schedule repairs; the approach to repairs seems to be to “patch” things instead of correcting the root cause
