Clean and Quiet, but Cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Well maintained building
-pre war charm. Beautiful parquet flooring and high ceilings. Thick walls. Built in closets and huge galley kitchen.
-No pests, responsive management for most issues
-Fellow inhabitants are respectful, friendly, and relatively quiet
-conveniently close to subway / buses
Cons:
-under new owners/management as of last year and they drastically reduced the heat in the building. They only keep it just at the legal threshold of 68 degrees or below so I often feel too cold and have to bundle up or use a space heater.
-sometimes packages get stolen from the vestibule.
-no full size closet, so nowhere to stash items that are tall, such as brooms, ironing board etc.
Advice to owner:
Please supply adequate heat
