Has so much potential to be a great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Elevator
-Laundry in building
-Unit was cleaned well before move in
-Beautiful lobby
Cons:
The laundry room was shut down for 6 MONTHS with no explanation. Super and landlord kept saying they were working on it but no one saw any work being done. Sometimes when they’re working on the plumbing, they will randomly shut off the hot water without notifying you, very inconvenient when you have somewhere to be and need to shower. Access to the laundry room and garbage room in the basement is only from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. There is no way to get down there before or after that time. It’s always a gamble on if the elevator will work and it often gets stuck on the 2nd floor.
Advice to owner:
Listen to the residents more
