not clean but has laundry + elevator
Former Tenant
Pros:
elevator pretty reliable and 2 washers + 2 dryers working 99.9% of the time
Cons:
loose garbage will cover the walkway into our foyer for weeks before a neighbor is fed up enough & uses their own cleaning supplies to clean up the foyer. building rated as an F in energy efficiency and pests are persistent
Advice to owner:
owner needs to prioritize garbage clean up and maybe pests will be controlled

Great location, minor flaws
Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to laundry in basement, friendly neighbors many long-term renters & owners
Cons:
Owner doesn’t seem to care about the outside area / foyer being clean or tidy.. frequently riddled with garbage from messy neighbors and bar goers across the street, up to tenants to clean up if it bothers us
Advice to owner:
Invest in cleaning up the outside of the building/providing trash receptacle to funnel garbage efficiently.
