Originally pretty good for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful Super and wife. Fairly quiet. Nice neighbors. People are friendly but not intrusive. Great location. Elevator is fairly reliable. Not usually a wait to do laundry. Main entrance and hallways cleaned regularly.
Cons:
Constant bug problems (but I am next to the garbage chute). Occasionally vermin. Lots of leak problems. Dogs not allowed but many (including me) in the building have them anyway with no hassle. The management company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Would not recommend living here simply because of them.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and nicer. Try being less bigoted....
