Okay building, mostly here for area

Pros:
Close to subway, lots of food options, laundry in building, laundromats/grocery within walking distance
Cons:
Have to pay rent with check every month, the laundry room washing machines need to be cleaned more often, slow elevator

building has a roach issue. manageable, but annoying to deal with.

Pros:
It is old but the they keep it clean and garbage is well collected. No roaches in my unit plus they have pest contral every 2 weeks whoever wants the service.
Cons:
The ceilings are very thin. You hear every noise upstairs. Feels like stomps and thuds.

Fair apartment but it could be better

Super is extremely nice! No pest and great security.
Cons:
laundry room is very old and doesn’t have coin mechanics. Laundry mechanics doesn’t seem to be clean often. Mailbox is extremely small
