    Great quiet windows and central ac
    Cons:
    Some issues with water pressure but I think they fixed some units

    Quite spacious duplex apartment with private back yard space for ground-level units and balconies on most others units.
    Adequate gym with basic equipment and some weights.
    Elevator and bike storage room.
    Cons:
    Unprofessional and unreliable super.
    Incompetent, inexperienced management company - New City Reality
    Racoon problem
    Hot water heater issues
    Cleanliness issues on move-in

    Get a new super and management company who are experienced, professional and take their job seriously.
