Let the renter beware…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has been a great place to live on for over a decade. Nice area, great stores and necessities nearby and only a short hop to the 7-line.
Cons:
RODENTS! Management doesn’t give a damn, will blame you for them, and do the bare minimum in responding and dealing with your concerns. Only after involving DPH did the building begin answering emails, and only to complain to us that we’d called 311.
Advice to owner:
Address problems competently. You’ll save time, money, and legal fees in the long-run.

Great place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Such a great building to live in, big apartments. Right by the 7 train, has an elevator, clean, amazing super and porter who will always be there when you need them. Right by the supermarket. Overall highly recommend this building.
Cons:
No dishwasher No laundry I would stay forever if it had these in unit
Advice to owner:
Would be nice if the units could have a dishwasher and/or laundry.
