Enjoyable, Close to the Train

Pros:
Quiet.
Close to the 7 train.
Cons:
Painting of the unit is sloppy.
It’s a pet friendly building.

Some people are noise and Super/Management doesnt care about it.
Advice to owner:
Should put better camera(s) at front desk to find out lost delivery items..
