Do not move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building but small space
Cons:
You are responsible for your own heating and hot water bills. All appliances are electric so be prepared to pay $600 during the heating season.
Advice to owner:
Make the building better insulated. The elevator needs to be maintained as it stinks. The entry door is not secured.

Insane electric bills, stolen packages, disgusting management, and mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Location, the neighborhood is lovely, not too far from the 7.

-The 2-bedroom layout was amazing for 2 couples splitting $3000 rent (pre-corona).
Cons:
-Management is awful, we had packages stolen twice, and many other people in the building did as well. They got the guys on camera but management lied to me, and said they couldn’t go to the police with their footage. I went to the police, they told me the building SHOULD have come to them with the footage and that’s it’s crazy what they told me.

- The property manager threatened, lied, and attempted to intimidate us for illegitimate financial gain. He is close with the owners of the real estate company who owns the building. They know what he does and how he operates, they don’t care. He tried literally stealing money from us using a blatant, bold-faced lie.

-Mice, enough said.

- We had a leak in our bathroom roof. They came, looked at it after it stopped, and never fixed our ceiling.

-The electricity bills were crazy. Everything is electric, no gas. Every appliance is an awful energy wasting mess.
Advice to owner:
Fire your property manager before he gets you in significant legal trouble. He blatantly lies, intimidates and bullies tenants. I’d specifically name him here, but I’m sure he would try to harass me if he found this review.
