Amazing location, prices getting way too high
Former Tenant
Pros:

Well maintained, good value
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train station but very quiet. Well maintained building for its age. Many units pretty newly updated. Lots of closets. Neighbors are kind/polite, and generally keep to themselves. Live-in super is very responsive by phone or text. Pest control comes every month (on a schedule) if you need them. Laundry room and garbage/waste areas are kept very clean.
Cons:
Like the other review said, you can always hear the apartment above you. If your upstairs neighbor is active at night, you'll know it.
If they are doing renovation on the other/nearby units, pests tend to scatter to other apartments. Nothing you can really do about it. Noise level also makes it hard to work from home, but it's not that disruptive (or common),

Quality older apartment building with great super and good management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Super is very responsive and helpful. -Really nice community in building (people are nice) -SUPER convenient. 1 block from everything you need + options (3-4 super markets, coffee, restaurants, 7 train, etc.) -Responsive management company
Cons:
Literally, the only con is that you can hear everything from an upstairs neighbor does. Our upstairs neighbor is very loud and it can be very frustrating. Depends upon the neighbor though, if you have a quiet upstairs neighbor it should be fine.
