We love our apartment. Much better building with the new super.

Pros:
The super is great. Keeps everything very clean and is very responsive.
The closet space and apartment layouts are good.
The basement is always clean and laundry available.
Cons:
The owners are rude and unresponsive. They will say no without even hearing the question. We asked if it was ok to have a dog…”no”…two months later a couple moved in with a dog. We asked if we could store bikes in the basement…”no”…two months later a new tenant has free bike storage in the basement.
If it weren’t for the super it would be impossible to get anything done in the building.
Advice to owner:
Be nicer. Be receptive. Answer questions.

Pros:
Very clean. Super is great. The trash is taken care of well. Affordable.
Cons:
You can only use the laundry in the basement Monday through Friday between 9-5.
Advice to owner:
Make the laundry available outside of working hours.
