Sunnyside's most mediocre building
Former Tenant

Good size for 2 bedroom apartment
Cons:
The hallways and the building is overall dirty and smelly

Nice Enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clearly old, however, it is well maintained in the lobby and basement.
Cons:
The floors in the common areas are dingy and grimy. There are pest issues. The bathtub drains slowly.

old and could use repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
- the water pressure is excellent
- the heat, when on, is strong
- there is an elevator that is usually in good order and goes to all floors, making it easy to bring items up to higher floor apartments
- very close to public transit and in a neighborhood with plenty of resources
Cons:
- in general the building is quiet, but it depends greatly on who your upstairs neighbor is
- i’ve had constant problems with upstairs neighbors that the super has been unresponsive to
- pest problem
Advice to owner:
- be more responsive to the needs of your tenants

Advice to owner:
Your building is old and could use some renovating.
