Stinky
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train
Cons:
Rats galore. Garbage in the back of the building is straight out of a nightmare. Tenants don’t bother putting their trash in the bins anymore unless they want to get gobbled up. They fling it into the general direction of the trash from a few feet away.
Advice to owner:
Get rodent repellent trash bags like the other buildings on our block do. Get someone (super?? Never there) to clean the back every day so it doesn’t get out of control at the end of the week.

Worst place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing - horrible company to deal with.
Cons:
Thieves live in building and steal packages. Caught on camera. Problems don’t get fixed for 3-6 months. Mgmt shout and call you names on the phone. Rats in walls.
Advice to owner:
Be better.

Bedbugs! What a horrifyingly stupid experience it was to live here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good area, nice and renovated apartment
Cons:
Bedbugs, horrible plumbing, disastrous process in retrieving security deposit back
Advice to owner:
If there’s bedbugs, fumigate the entire building and LISTEN to your tenants. You can’t just ignore them or give them grief about wanting to leave a place that is infested with bedbugs. A complete nightmare.
