Great Apartment Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a great place to live for three years. Super was super, laundry was always working, water pressure was great.
Cons:
Emailing management company was a hassle. Even calling was difficult. They promised to renovate the lobby and in three years it didn't happen.
Advice to owner:
Be a bit more responsive, but otherwise great.

Good apartment in nice neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super/ laundry is in the building The unit I lived was renovated, so soundproof was good, also pretty clean
Cons:
You see roaches sometimes, but fairly okay for the 2nd floor It’s a pet friendly building so I expected the dog barking noises, but there was a dog that barked for straight 10 hours once it started to bark. I hope they moved out
