Full of mice and bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is the only plus. The Apts are an ok size.
Cons:
Old. Dirty. The mice and rats! Mgmt won’t ever update a thing. The super treats the building like his spare bedroom. His stuff is everywhere. Hoarder, much? The neighbors are either nosey and old or a mess. The laundry wasn’t working for years. Literally years.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the pests. Clean up the nasty basement. Clean the disgusting elevator. Throw the fake plants in the lobby out! Stop being jerks. We pay a lot! It’s NYC but come on.

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very secure mail room and good heat in the winter. Well kept building and responsive management.
Cons:
Can hear persons above you walking which is better if they have carpets down.
