Decently Maintained - except for bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is excellent - very responsive and you always see him throughout the building either cleaning the hallways or managing the garbage Elevators have never broken down. Decent neighbors for the most part
Cons:
Inconsistent exterminator visits. Difficulty getting rid of roaches, no matter how clean you keep your kitchen or how many traps you set - they continue to come back. Laundry room has also been closed for the last 2 months and no updates on when it’ll reopen
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive about overall building maintenance
