Bed Bugs recurring issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice people live in the building
Cons:
The building is owned and ran by A&E real estate.
There is a recurring bedbug issue on the fifth and sixth floor and the landlord only addresses the apt reporting and not the neighboring apartment as required by HPD.
The landlord never responds or responds very slow to any inquiry.
Advice to owner:
Start following the law

It is in a very convenient location, and the price is great for all of the space you get. It is overall a great building.

The management company is not at all responsive.
