DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS MANAGEMENT
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing pro about this building is the size of the bedrooms.
Cons:
Building management is absolutely horrible. There system of having to write a note and post it on the basement anytime there is something wrong with your apartment does not work. You will wait days or weeks for an issue to get fixed. I have had countless issues since moving in and it's a mission to try to get someone to fix it. In the winters it is absolutely freezing. There is always issues with not having heat or hot water. The basement is full off roaches and waterbugs and they have these horrible laundry machines that continuously stop working. The super couldn't be bothered with anything and I can't blame him 100%. Management sucks and doesn't care so why should he.
