Cute older apartment

Pros:
Pet friendly. The super lives in building and is very nice and quick to respond. Trash located around back is always neat and clean. Spacious apartments with high ceilings and cute trim. No major issues that weren’t able to be corrected. Good quality apartments. 1920’s charm but with modern fixtures and appliances (as well as dishwasher). During the warmer months, there are always beautiful flowers in the garden beds surrounding the building.
Cons:
Construction is happening all around but mostly during the day however the school down the block is also under construction and is mostly at night. During the time we rented there were a few building issues that took some time to resolve but ultimately were fixed properly. Walk up only. No laundry in building. Rent is only payable via mailed check.
