NEW OWNER - you will love the renovated units and new management

Pros:
AMAZING and re did the unit competly the building is also been rehabbed and made super nice. The porter comes 3 times a week to take out the trash and clean the hallways so the place is always super clean. Each of the renovated units has its own mitsubishi split unit, that you can control your own AC and Heat. Also all the appliance where new and the stove is electric so easy to clean. There is also Washer and Dryer. Oh a fun plus is the bathroom has heated floors and is ti
Cons:
The entrance is around the side but not uncommon for this area. There is no laundry in building, but who knows maybe its on the list of things to come.
