Sunnyside Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are security cameras on both the inside and outside of this building. The 7 train is half a block away.
Cons:
Front door to building has been broken since May. Many tenants have told the building manager and super to fix it, it’s still not fixed. Another con is that the super barely cleans the inside of the building. Its always dirty and roaches have been coming in. Thirdly, owner did not offer flexible payment options due to economic stress caused by COVID-19.
Advice to owner:
Fix the problems that the tenants complained about, don’t wait months to do it.
