CONTINUOUS BED BUG, ROACH INFESTATION AND LEAD!

Cons:
Continuous bed bug problems, roaches are all over the apartment (41) Building has a part time super and no one is ever available to fix minor issues. Floors in apartments are so old and squeak so loud they also have holes and cracks that have bug crawling out from. We called 311 to report all these problems and they came by to check all the issues and found that the apartment also contains lead, everything was reported and we have proof. Building is dirty they have traps in the hallways and it is not secured, there are always packages stolen from inside of the building. Nothing is ever fixed when an apartment is available they just paint the walls and cover up holes with paint. We lost over $3,000 in furniture due to the bed bug infestation which Managment does not eradicate the issue properly. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS BUILDING!
IT IS INHABITABLE!
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap, unreliable and misleading and care for your tenants, after all we do pay rent.
